Use Reset ticket but never return 100% skill point! Informed GM and say they show no report using Reset ticket but show my hero has been reset (so they mean it auto reset by itself?) (also not using normal reset and if You use there confirm will show cool down timer). What Pisa me off is ask me to wait!? This game timing is tight and need to progressively level up in order not to lag behind. Now ask me wait. Might as well ask me wait till next season. Or going to compensate me the skill point when the season ending which the skill point is use. GM are In my sever playing too. Maybe busy playing so ask me wait till they finish this season. Not worth to play this game. Devs don’t care player and slow reply. Can try other three Kingdom game. I had quit this epic war.

We had a situation where our end of season reward packs did not contain new generals. The game did not tell us that the new generals would be added to the reward packs. This led to many players spending money to top up and buy beads (in game currency) to roll those end of season packs (30 rolls at a rate of 395 beads per roll) that only contained current old generals. However, other people in other servers had the new generals in their end of season packs. Thus, we raised this matter to the devs and requested for fair compensation, e.g. refunding our spent beads and giving us the updated season reward packs as this was unfair to us as other players would have the new generals before us and would have an unfair advantage when the season began. However, the devs just released the compensation of 5 badges (Ingame item that can be used for one summon) for everyone and a max of an additional 5 more badges if u rolled more previously, e.g. if u rolled 21-25 times of the paid 395 roll u would get 5 badges in addition. One badge can only be used for one summon and only in the normal hero pool, so we would not be able to use these badges in the special hero pools. We would also not get back the updated season conquest packs. This shows how terrible the devs are and I suggest everyone to think twice before playing this game, and if you are already playing, then perhaps you should think again .

The GM made a grave mistake of unfairly excluding some servers from getting the latest generals. When pointed out by players they go into the defensive and blame players. Hundreds of players who spent hundreds/thousand of dollars on summoning are being treated unfairly and what the GM do is compensate a measly $10 worth of compensation. Don't bother with this game where the Devs only treat their Taiwan/HK players as priority while the rest of us SEA players are mere cash cows.

Nice graphics and huge map to play. Difficult to get the desirable generals unless you pay to buy beads and seals to get a chance to draw those generals. While the map is huge, it’s dominated by a particular alliance / group who makes it their own game. The fun just deteriorates once you get stronger (to be a threat to their alliance).

The game display on the map quite blurry not sure what is the cause of this hope can fix it soon really enjoy the game.

Due to ranger feature spoil the whole game. Not worth to play.

Just started 2 days ago, graphic good. UI not complicated. Downside no cross server yet
