Great recipe
Now the app doesn’t even open. The dot on the i just keeps jumping up and down. My app is up to day as is my iOS. I have had problems printing from the app and not all the recipes seem to be available that are on the desktop version.
Great recipes, great sources. I have to update the app almost every month so it will open and perform well. For a paid subscription it is frustrating.
I’m frankly furious I paid for a years subscription to this app. It has never worked and frankly now doesn’t even open and load. It is just stuck on the front page. When it did open, the search function was not usable in any way that mattered. I could never find recipes and if one caught my eye on the front page it was 50/50 if it was going to actually open and not crash the app. I am cancelling my subscription and will not be renewing because this app (and frankly the access to the equally as buggy and messy BonAppetit website) is just not worth it and like flushing your money down the drain.
Half of the time I cant sign into the app. Majorly frustrating.
I’ve had this subscription forever. I’ve watched YT videos on this problem. Doesn’t solve the problem. YouTube video will tell you to check for an update, offload the app, reinstall…..still is slow in loading
I actually love this app. I give a one star rating, though, because it won’t open anymore.
Not sure how long I’m expected to watch the dot on the i bounce up and down before the so will open but it’s longer than I’m willing to wait. What’s going on?
Love using it when it works, but doesn’t want to open most of the time on my iPhone 11.
I so want to access the 50,000+ recipes touted, and promoted, and marketed. But, all too often, I’m watching the bouncing dot on the third letter “i” in Epicurious loading screen, instead of seeing those myriad recipes. Such a disappointment. And yes, I have the latest/greatest high-speed internet access. I do not experience this loading issue, e.g., with The New York Times cooking app. Having said that, I would still like to have easy access to the recipes I subscribed to. Still looking at that annoying red loading screen….
