I found the app through the Frank Proto Carbonara video on YouTube. To get the recipe it makes you get the app. Subscribe. No deep links. And…. The recipe is nowhere to be found.

The subscription includes a 1 month free trial, after which it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will state the cost of renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by updating the user’s App Store Subscription settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.

Doesn’t work
Not sure why, but the app doesn’t work. It frequently freezes.
Nicht mal Reinschnuppern
Don‘t even bother downloading the app unless you want to the one-week free trial followed by a subscription. There are NO free recipes to look at. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Meine ganzen Daten eingeben, um überhaupt ein Rezept sehen zu können? Wo vorher eine Gratisversion ganz brauchbar war? Nein danke.
Shame on you, Condé-Nast!
It was a near-perfect app, using it on my iPad in the kitchen, with easy access to all my saved recipes (I am a subscriber, for many years). As soon as Condé-Nast bought the site, the app sucks so hard that I can only access my recipes via a web browser. What on earth did you do to mess it up so bad!
Completely broken
They want money now, urgently. Even your personal list of saved recipes is not accessible anymore. Will delete now.

Nice fancy recipes, especially those reviewed. One of the best (in my opinion) hundreds of Apps on the market. Nice graphics, tho.
App is great, Widget not
Unfortunately the Widget „Recipe of the day“ is useless as there’s no daily change of the recipe :/

Great recipes, search options, the possibility to save recipes and so much more. And ist free! Love this app and have used it for many years. Highly recommended!
Super Rezepte
Die Rezepte sind klasse! Meist originell und doch einfach zuzubereiten. Die Rezeptsuche funktioniert ausgezeichnet, die App insgesamt übersichtlich und einfach gestaltet. Es ist allerdings alles in Englisch, wer sich damit schwer tut wird keinen Spaß dran haben. Insbesondere die Umrechnung von Mengenangaben in cups, ounces, spoons, inches, oz und anderen humbug-maßeinheiten sind "a pain in the neck". Ich habe auch die Sync your recipe box Funktion In App gekauft und sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Freischalten auf einem zweiten Gerät war ein bisschen tricky zu finden: über das "About" menu und "Restore Purchase" hat es aber gleich funktioniert (ohne noch mal zahlen).
Macht Spaß und hilft
Diese App führt zahlreiche Rezept-Datenbanken zusammen und ordnet sie z. B. nach Zutaten oder Art der Speise. Großartig: man gibt die Produkte ein, die man gerade im Kühlschrank hat, und epicurious zeigt alle passenden Rezepte.
