Pop Ups Annoying

RichCPA on

United States

Yes, all members know that if we refer a friend we get money. However, when I am walking to the gym trying to check in remotely, which is no easy feat as I am walking and using the phone, I cannot even hit the button to go back to the check in screen because the referral pop up is once again in the way. I have had to hard close the program many times because the pop up won’t get out of the way of me trying to sign up for a class etc. Equinox please stop the pop up’s.

Buggy and SoulCycle Less

OaktownS on

United States

Getting past the fact that you can’t use a Gmail account to initially sign up… the Apple TV app won’t load, and seems like they did in fact remove SoulCycle from the app and have some sort of new cycling thing called “Precision Ride” coming in “February 2025”. Total loss of faith in their branding team who seem to have forgotten about the app.

Dysfunctional

Reviewer3920 on

United States

Shortstaffed and unhelpful for any issues that inevitably come up. Good luck troubleshooting for months on end

Soulcycle is gone!!!

2 Week COVID Vacation on

United States

Sorry, but without SoulCycle, this app is a solid 1 star I might be willing to pay $5/month for. SoulCycle was the only reason worth paying for the he stupid high mo that cost.

Not good

DJMichaelTank on

United States

App is overrated. It's a very cumbersome interface. It's not user friendly AT ALL. It also stopped working on my TV and won't work anymore when traveling abroad anymore as well, which was the whole reason I wanted it. It's definitely not worth $300. BodySpace is much better and most of it is free.

Horrible treatment of subscribers

AAP531 on

United States

I used this app to do a SoulCycle video every day for over two years. The afternoon of 12/26 I opened the app to find that none of the SoulCycle videos were available anymore. Equinox made the decision to abruptly remove these videos without any notification. Completely untrustworthy.

Removed SoulCycle content

Went from great experience to worse experience by removing SC classes.

super buggy

dmeehr on

for how much the gym costs, the app needs to be be better maintained

Glitches

Lkoren3 on

United States

The app glitches a lot and at times I can’t load classes to reserve them

Widget Addition?

Cloefg on

United States

Hey there! Any chance you could add a widget for easy check-in and to book classes at favorite locations?
