無料体験期間中は、使えるサービスが限られます。 が、それが、本当に探しづらいこと。 施設を探す、その施設のサービスを選ぶ、どこでもいいから空いてる時間を選ぶ、ここまでしてやっと「無料体験できる施設か」がわかります。もしくは空いてる時間がなければ詰み、調べようがありません。 スパなどはダメとは、わかりづらいながら書いてあります。が、これも多くの普通の方なら「気づかなかった」でクレームでしょう。 私は細かく読む人なのでそこは目を瞑ります。 が、無料体験できる施設だけを絞り込んだり、無料体験が実際にできるサービスだけに絞り込むような機能が一切なく、「体験」ができません。 体験できないサービスに課金する人などいるでしょうか。 これを書いて、対応されるまでの日々でも無料体験期間は短くなります。今後の対応に期待しています。

I downloaded the app from the App Store as an Apple user, and although I entered my card details, the subscription did not appear in my subscriptions on my phone. This makes it impossible for me to manage the subscription or track any payments related to it. When I logged in, I didn't press the "pay" button, and I only entered my card information to access the app. I never received any notification that I would be charged, and, as of now, I got charged for 89$!!! The whole subscription process is unclear, and I’m so disappointed :(
Classpass works fine till you need support. The customer support experience is the worst I have ever seen. You are forced to talk to the bot, which gives you links that don’t work. Finally after navigating the auto replies, if you manage to get on the line for an agent, there’s no real estimate of how long it would take. If you get on a chat after an hour of wait, the agents themselves are not responsive. Think of this as an 3 hour chore if you want to do anything to get support from them
They give you credits for a free month and then once you try a place they black it out and tell you you can’t use credits there and have to upgrade. THEN they won’t roll over the unused credits… total scam.
Had an issue signing up through a friend link. Customer support gave me unclear directions that resulted in me not being able to utilize the referral code, and refused to assist in any way.
I tried to reactivate my account since I used it years ago. Unfortunately even though I had help they needed the last four digits of an old card I used. With the years passing that I actually used the app I cannot provide that. Do yourself a favor and don’t try to reactivate after years of not using.
Be aware with this app. They charged me $48 for my free trail sessions. They gave me free trial but charged me that much, feels unfair and tricky.
I didn’t sign up for a plan. Tried to cancel but there is no means to do so in the app. Contacted help through chat and they assured me my account was cancelled immediately and I wouldn’t be charged. However, they keep attempting to change me. At this point, I have to cancel my card due to fraud and get a new one. Ridiculous!!
