purchased numbers cannot be activated for use until verification with many different details including passport, address, phone number provided. other official ID not accepted. data plan shows as not verified when it has actually been activated and data used while connected to wifi. customer service is moderately helpful but mostly for clarifying how to apply for refund. waste of time and money. doesn't work as advertised.

Outgoing calls to different countries rates are hidden and calls are charged even if second party not answered. $10 was gone in ONE call attempt, this is total scam. Tried to reach the 24 hr customer support but no one is available - tried at different times!!!
Incredibly expensive prices. At competitors, the price for 5GB inside the US is $16, here $200!
It is very difficult to make a call from the app. It is not clear how to use their system. Not recommended
