They are asking for me to send them my address, passport and so many more personal things, all for a virtual number. This is the biggest scam app on the App Store, everyone should avoid this app at all costs

The support is very slow over 20 minutes waiting for the support to come to the chat bot, still no sign of any one. and then you buy the number and keep buying credits to use that number. You local shop e sims are much cheaper to run. Don’t bother to waste your time installing this app.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the mobile data service I recently purchased through the ESIM Plus app. On November 30th, I paid a total of US$18.99 for a 30-day data package in the UAE, which should have provided me with uninterrupted access throughout the validity period. However, the service stopped functioning after just one day of usage. I immediately reached out to your customer care team through the in-app support option, and Kate from your customer care team attempted to assist me. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Moreover, I must mention that the response time from your customer services has been unusually slow, leading to further frustration. Considering the inconvenience caused and the fact that I paid for a service that I did not receive as promised, I kindly request the following resolutions: 1. Refund: I request a full refund of the US$18.99 I paid for the mobile data package. Since the service was not provided for the entire duration as stated, I believe this is a fair resolution. 2. Voucher: In addition to the refund, I kindly request a voucher as compensation for the time and effort spent in attempting to resolve this issue. This voucher can be used towards any future purchase with ESIM Plus, and I hope it can help restore my confidence in your services. 3. Compensation: I also seek compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the disrupted data service. I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of timely and effective support in resolving this matter has worsened my experience. Therefore, I kindly request that an appropriate compensation be considered to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I trust that you will understand my frustration and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. As a valued customer, I believe it is crucial for companies to address customer concerns and ensure a satisfactory resolution. I kindly request a response within 2 business days outlining the actions being taken to resolve this matter. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I may have to escalate this issue further as necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
