I don’t think it’s easy to get into a daily routine, but I do know that Miranda’s Essentrics is the workout that’s thoroughly researched and forms the foundation of rebalancing and maintaining a generosity to our physical and mental well-being as human animals designed to move with ease.

Essentrics was the only way to heal my chronic shoulder and knee pain. And continues to be the workout that keeps me energetic, fit and pain free - through my marathon training, pregnancies, child-birth, taking care of the family and having a demanding desk jon. This app helps me to have quick access to any workout I need.

I love the live workouts! It would be great if there are more longer live workouts for strengthening, flattening and toning the core.

Love the essentrics workouts. My posture improved, my body is much stronger and nicely lean. Feet and ankles are strong enough for barefoot walking (which I love). Like the arrangement and wide variety of workouts, always something to fit my mood; short or longer, relaxing or intense. The app is simple but efficient. Love!

I’ve written an extensive review in the past, but with the new version I think reviews were swiped too. Great app, fantastic workouts to do if you want to stay flexible and want to have a break from i.e. working at home, just bring your smile and do a workout. Search available (search for ‘shoulder’) and I especially like the workouts <30min, as you can squeeze them in in between and stack them up if you want a bigger challenge. Tip: App could do with better filtering option (instructor, time, type of exercise, age group?, filming location) to improve upon searching. Don’t wait any longer, go on their website and get your subscription!

Enjoying the Essentrics videos daily. Most of very high quality. Unfortunately very few new videos. Currently primarily the live streams, but they are less to my taste than the better planned and filmed videos. (My mom loves them, so personal taste). I suspect it’s due to Corona. Hopefully new real videos will be posted soon. I am particularly fan of Amanda and Sacha!

Door hier een abonnement op te hebben van 16 euro per maand ben ik veel beter en meer gaan bewegen, minder stijf en gespierder geworden. Het belangrijkste voor mij is dat ik thuis kan gymmen zonder mij om te kleden en zonder te zweten. Veel keuze in het programma en ook goed uitgelegd , vooral ook de achtergrond waarom een beweging goed is. Aging backwards, ik geloof erin. Ik doen dit nu al ruim een jaar
