Heerlijke app
Ik gebruik de app elke dag. Het is makkelijk om mee te doen. Dansen op je eigen manier. Goed voor je lichaam en conditie. Fijn dat je gewoon thuis kunt bewegen. Geen saaie sportschool meer voor mij, maar onwijs veel plezier tijdens de workouts.
I LOVE Body Groove.
This will improve your mood, your body and your day! I can’t recommend it enough. The instructors are super, the groups are very varied and no one takes themselves too seriously… it is all about body grooving. It is a very healthy approach to being healthy and feeling great. No fake promises, no pressure to have a perfect body. I find the concept very honest.

Ik begin mijn ochtend met Missy en het is het beste cadeau dat ik mijzelf heb kunnen geven. Ze is inspirerend, motiverend, coachend en dan ook het dansen nog. Mijn leven is weer waar het zou moeten zijn dankzij haar dansen, coachen, healing, yoga en wijze lessen! 💝🙏🏼🍀☀️
