App no response and online web site also not user friendly when access My Account.
Coded by monkeys, this app is utterly useless. Ask for my NRIC number but keeps saying “invalid format”. Cannot input letters when using NRIC, but insert just numbers and it says invalid. Like hello, you dumbasses, how the heck am I suppose to sign up then? I can imagine their insurance and financial service can only be worse if they cannot even manage an app.
