This apps it always lag and slow
Super laggy financial app
The apps is super lag and sometimes you cant even view the position you bought..I can’t put a stoploss to the position and cause me to lose a few thousand dollars. I think they purposely make it as laggy as possible so we can’t responded fast enough and he can earn more. There is no support in the app even if I am the gold tier member. Super lagging financial

Terrible experience, highly disappointed and dissatisfied
Etoro’s support and technical team is horrible Having issues with trading and have raised multiple tickets and escalated numerous times and no respond even after a month. And they restricted to do trading. Always the support team forwards the standard system generated messages for every question I ask, never really understand the questions in the first place
Poor Customer Service and platform
Having account login issue. Log a few ticket but no one is helping for few weeks. Does not receive the self reset password link for multiple try!
Redundant update on Order page
Comparing other apps, the most recent update on the order page is much worse than the old version, it’s more redundant pop up page and explanation, less efficient and user unfriendly while placing the order. Please do something on the order page, you really can do it better. To be honest, to me The only thing I will remain using it now is the social element, nothing more. All the best
slow withdrawal
To the potential investor who may need to invest in this platform, please think and consider carefully before you deposit money to their platform. It almost take longer time than other platforms to deal with your ticket and solve your problem. When it goes to money matter,You may don’t even know when will received you withdrawal or not!!!
