Cant use demo account
Im currently 17 and learning how to trade so that once I turn 18, I’d be able to start with some base knowledge I downloaded the app to try out the demo account to get used to the functions of the app but was unable to create an account as I am underage The app would be way better if it allowed under 18 individuals to trade with a demo account before they started investing in shares for real
Indicators
Not able to change the value in indicators by keying a number. Can only use the + and - which is very tedious if you want change to a much larger number. No problem with this with the previous version.
Your hefty dedections
Lots of defection on interest. Although I appeared to make money, your hefty deductions offset most of the profits and in the end, I appeared not to make money.
Trading app that cannot set price alert
Price alerts were working fine until recent mobile app update. All the price alerts can be edited EXCEPT my MAJOR holdings. Margin trading at its essence to get clients to lose monies as advertised. Not sure how they get passed regulatory checks.
Terrible chart
Such a dissatisfaction! Chart can never be loaded! How do we supposed to make order? Even I have reopened several times, it stills the same! Are you going to be responsible for the losses?
Customer service
Inexperience customer service. Understand that the service is on India. And the staff dun even understand what the customer wants.
App went bonkers recently.
App would successfully load but starts going to loading mode with a spinning wheel and blank screen within the app. It has been going on for the past 2 weeks. i would need to close the App and relog for the issue to happen within 3 to 5 mins. It actually relog for 20times a day just to use the app.

The platform works really well but unfortunately you don’t honour your own terms and conditions when it comes to expiries.
Not stable
Screen keep freezing up. I need to restart every time it freezes
