Won’t let me update
Every time I try to open the app it tells me “update to get the latest version “ and when I click on it it takes me to App Store. And it won’t allow me to update it. Fix your app!

Was trying to log into my etsy account through the app and i got blocked wanted to check my order status
No help with problem
My account has been and unattainable My purchases show up in my email. My credit cards is charged, but when I go to download my patterns, I’m told I don’t have access to my account This has been going for three years and I can’t get any help. The result is, I can’t purchase any patterns from Etsy
Not like it used to be
Good luck finding things that are actually hand made by people. There’s an overwhelming flood of AI trash and Chinese junk. It’s hard to find what you’re looking for and trust that it’s from a true artist.
Great platform, unreliable app
I love Etsy but every third time I open the app, there's an "oops" error message and it won't load anything despite recognizing that I'm signed in. It doesn't seem to be related to needing an update date. The only way to clear the error when this happens is to delete the app altogether and start from scratch. Very annoying, so I usually wind up waiting until I can get to a computer.

While I enjoy supporting small businesses as much as possible the fact that there is no setting under push notifications to turn off review requests is absolutely ridiculous. If a person wants to leave a review then great, allow that but do not force people who don’t want to leave them to have to live with the badge constantly showing. While you can turn off all badge notifications in the settings of the app that doesn’t help the consumer to know info about their purchase or replies to messages they sent a seller. Fix this and the app would 5 stars
