Don’t recommend Etsy
I don’t recommend Etsy. I was ripped off by TWO different sellers within a few weeks other each other. A lot of the shops are from other countries and they don’t speak English. Some shops never respond to you at all. So you order and just never get your item. They’ve got your money and you’re SOL. Opening a case for Etsy to look into scam shops is ridiculous. They don’t even shut down the shops that are ripping people off. Myself and multiple others have been ripped off from this one shop in particular in the last month alone and they are still operating.

I have been purchasing watercolours from Elena approximately the past 2 years and her excellent product quality and customer service are 5 star! I have purchased other metallic watercolours but find Hydracolour hard to beat.
Says I have Notifications - but I don’t..,
I have a constant notification of more than 2 messages (sometimes 4 or 7) but when opening the app - cannot find any. So why have a notification???

I’ve been using the app for years now and it’s good but I think there needs to be some changes that I think would really improve the quality of the app: -I’m using abreveation WL for Wishlist to save space. -1.Ability to select multiple items to transfer into Wishlist: -U can only individually transfer 1 items at at time to different WL(s)(have to click on the heart multiple times for each iteam) which takes hours in my case and it would be cool like Pintrest if you could select multiple items to transfer to a WL+merge WLs together. -2.Adding a search bar in a Wishlist: -Idk if its for all devices but for my phone and iPad It would be so much easier to have a search bar in ur collections/WL. This problem makes it super hard to find the items u saved in a WL so you have to scroll until u find it so ur forced make a-lot of specific collections which leads to the 3rd problem. 3.-Ability to add iteams to all made wishlists -There is a maximum amount of WL u can save iteams to, u can make as many new WL as u want but it wont pop up on throught clicking the like/“heart” button. If u want to save a iteam to it, u have to access the WL through your profile but can’t add it because it only lets u see a maximum of lists. You have to transfer the items because it wont appear to then transferring it to higher/“more recent” WLs. 3.Adding/following “friends”+ adding them to Wishlists -Would be nice to follow other friends shopper acounts where u can make WL together and not have to make it then having send it by other social media platforms+looking at their WL. I’ve seen u can follow other shops but as a shopper user the doesn't seem to be the option to follow other shopper users. I’ve tried many times to add other user shoppers using the search bar and even in the “Profiles” category but using the display name, the username, the email none of them seemed to work.

I love ordering from this seller, always fills orders as ordered with no complaints or problems. Each item is well made with an excellent quality of leather and an excellent craftsmanship bar-none. I would strongly recommend this seller for your personal leather needs and gifts you will want! You will not be let down!
