eufy Clean (EufyHome)

The app was great until I updated it some while ago, now the map regularly disappears for no good reason. I can still recover it through the maps settings but even that won’t recover it in its entirety and some areas will remain lost. Really ruins the experience every now and then

Using Eufy cleaner. What helps a lot with home duties in house .. — the older version was better — as I can select 2 or 3 Zones to clean up.. - now on new version - it possible to select only 1 zone (what is uncomfortable for me) — also I noticed that older version have 3 levels of speed // new version have 4 levels of speed. — other things that needs to be fixed is to clean up all types of floor without removing the mop.. on carpet.. — as I selected all house . And I can enjoy my shopping. I will not clean all house, excluding Living room . And I need to remove the Mop and to select a room and looking at the vacuum.. thanks..

Editing rooms or no go zones has been broken in the app for months with no solution from Support.

Your devices are very good and app works well too. You gave a message below to ask for new features. I wrote to you personally couple of times. Joy stick navigation will be great. Sometimes when the vacuum cleaner hits and objects its kind of lost and if you have a joy stick navigation it will be extremely useful. Will give you another wonderful utility for it. Just give a camera mount on eufy robo. Switch off vaccum function and now suddenly people buy it also for camera moments. Just software update and a mount. Good luck. Do it before someone else does it 😃

After the last app update, rooms and boundaries are no longer visible when auto cleaning starts and Hybrid x8 is ignoring these during cleaning. After the latest firmware update, several issues from getting stuck in a loop, to navigation issues, to not identifying rooms anymore.

Bought to robovac from eufy . Neither will connect to wifi through app. Support chat not helpful with same AI replies .

App works great, installation/configuration is straight forward. Could be improved with more scheduling options like selecting a mode and being able to create two or more schedules for the same day.

This may be a great app. The botvac itself is really great but the application absolutely does not connect and does not work.

I have 4 Eufy light bulbs and have been fine for years. Suddenly about a month ago one of the bulbs wouldn’t work. My other bulbs were working fine. I worked on the issue for about 2 hours and finally got it working. Then again last night it quit working again. After working on the issue for hours again, I was never able to get it to work so I took one of my other bulbs and put it where the original bulb was and now it won’t work. This morning NONE of my Eufy bulbs will work. When I had the first problem I contacted Eufy and they had me try several things but none of their suggestions worked. I fixed it on my own. I’m not wasting my time contacting them again because they are of no help. Don’t buy Eufy light bulbs.

After playing with app for a while, I’ve figured out all its functions, except I really can’t make the multi-level maps work. I’ve created two maps for different levels in my condo with my L50 but I just can’t select a specific map, one of them has the current tag and I can’t switch it to the other one. It is clearly a bug.
