It only happened after the new update the old one never had this problem, i think the problem is with the unmatched records because i use the scale many times without opening the app just to check my weight but it somehow overloads the app when i open it But I tried to delete all the unmatched readings and still the app freezed after getting over the scale so I don’t know what’s wrong

The app is very great but needs one thing. It needs to differentiate simple mode between profile “ i have a 5 years old kid that uses the scale with me so i made a profile for her but every time i change the simple mode on for her it stays on in my profile”

pleas allow my to change email or exporting my data and import in new account.

I got the scale year and half ago and with the first use I sent an e-mail to the CS asking for a Way I could get the results in a report-shape and they told me we will take it into consideration .. but nothing happened !! 1- I need to export a pdf report so that I can send it to my nutritionist. 2- there should be a widget or something easier for a better app access. 3- I luv the new update. Thank u ♥️

1-Is there any way to print the result or share it? 2-I want a widget with the result. 3-i want a notification when anyone use the scale so i could open the direct from it not to search the app on my phone

Is there anyway I can share and print the measurements that came on the app from the smart scale

I have 4 sets strip lights and during a recent update I am unable to program individual lights on the customized section for daily scheduling, the warm, bright, cool option are not available and only able to choose from the color wheel. I am unable to select the warm feature. Please fix this issue. I am using multiple strips and I am not able to match the warm color from the color wheel. PLEASE ADD BACK THE WARM,BRIGHT,COOL OPTION IN THE CUSTOMIZED SECTION.

With fort Knox level password requirements, and a terrible app and mobile website to boot, it’s one annoying app to log into.
