We had 2yrs AMC and had the facility of 4x filter but now that they changed their rules they refuse for any filter installation a total scam they are wouldn’t recommend them at all

One of the worst service .. it’s been 4 months.. am struggling to fix my RO water purifier.. the technician never come to fix it.. and top of that am getting a call from the call centre people saying that the technician have visited my place where in no body have come ..every day call centre people will give you a fresh appointment but the truth is nobody will turn up.. i have wasted my money and my time .. I will never recommend this product in my entire life to anyone.. please do not buy this product.. the service is worst no body will come to fix it.. the most pathetic call centre helpline service.. Please refund my AMC money..

Fraud : Worst customer service

Eureka Forbes has become a Money making company with no customer Connection. The service team is sent only once in a year to collect amc charges. I don't have an option and hence paying the a Mc charges.

Worst service and very unprofessional

My service request was raised on 25th Dec 2024. It’s been 5 days that I am still waiting for the service guy to visit my home. I am having to buy drinking water from outside due to their unresponsiveness. Upon calling customer care every time, their only answer is to escalate it to the highest level, but I do not understand who is sleeping at the highest level that the issue is still open. Whereas when it comes to collecting money, their AMC reminders always come on time. Very very poor.
