Subscription purchase will be applied to your iTunes account at the end of the trial or on the confirmation. You agree to your account being charged to renewal within a 24 hour period at the end of the current period and to this charge is the same as your initial fee unless you opt for a different plan (e.g switching from monthly to annual). I will be switching to the SWEAT app as soon as my subscription is over. I regret leaving SWEAT to join EvolveYou.
Having tried both for 2-3 years each, I can conclude that the SWEAT app has greater functionality, more trainers with better programs, and the trainers stay with the brand for a long time, giving you continuity in your programming.
I would like to cancel my subscription but I’m not receiving a reply. Do not recommend this app. There are plenty others out there that are better.
If you are here because you believe in the head trainer after seeing her on IG, I suggest you do your research on Glassdoor, Reddit and Facebook. She has a pattern of unkind behaviour and I no longer believe in her or her mission.

Used to love this app but the new update is terrible. Crashes all the time, features are so confusing, and not efficient. Wasted so much time during my workout trying to figure out where old features went

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and loved it! But they recently made a big update and it’s become kinda glitchy for me.
You can no longer exit the app during rest periods, otherwise the timer stops counting down for some reason. When you move a workout in your calendar it is also not showing up on your dashboard. I’ve also had to restart the app multiple times now to get my program to even show up on my dashboard.
Love the workouts but the new interface is very glitchy and needs bug fixes to make it as smooth as the old one ://

The app is great but with this new update it sucks! You can’t switch your workouts to a different day without it deleting it. As soon as you try to switch the workout goes into the little garbage!!

This new update has messed EVERYTHING.
Can’t move workout to another day as it completely disappears. It disappears from the program and the day…
I’m BEYOND disappointed… got to the gym to start my workout just to find out that it is GONE.

Amazing Customer Support
I have been using this app on and off for about 3 years now. Recently I got a new phone and when I went to open the app it wouldn’t allow me to log in. I attempted password resets and everything but nothing worked. I sent their support team and email with some screenshots showing what was happening and asking for help to get into my account. I had a reply the next day!! I honestly was expecting to never hear from them (nothing on them, just that big apps usually have really poor support channels) but that was not the case. This level of support, efficiency and speed makes me value this app, Krissy and her team even more than before. Thank you ladies!!!
