Before using this app, I felt unmotivated in the gym, this app has given me the push I needed! The workout programs are so easy to follow and really have pushed my limits.
DOES NOT WORK
I have never ever done a review on an app before. I downloaded this app one week ago. I go to the gym at 5pm everyday and whenever I go on the app it says APOLOGIES. We are experiencing connectivity issues. I have not used the app once yet despite paying for half a year membership. I am furious.
Doesn’t work
The idea is good but it doesn’t work. I couldn't open Spotify without the app losing the track of my exercise, and then it stopped working completely, paid for the whole month but can’t even use that.
Unexpected Charge and Limited Customer Support
I recently encountered issues with EvolveYou after signing up for what I believed was a 7-day free trial using a new email but the same Apple Pay. Unfortunately, I was immediately charged for a yearly subscription at the trial’s end without clear notification that using the same payment method would disqualify me from the trial benefits. My efforts to obtain a refund through EvolveYou and Apple were unsuccessful, as they classified me as a non-new user based on my payment method, not my email. This lack of transparency and the rigid refund policy has been disappointing. I am sharing this experience to urge EvolveYou to improve communication about trial eligibility and billing practices to help prevent future misunderstandings for customers.
Needs improvement
It’s a good app but really frustrating that you can’t mark a workout done in the past, specially after forgetting to finish the workout in the app the day before, now it looks like I’ve done two workouts in one day🙄
App keeps crashing
I do love the app, but I’ve paid for the subscription and the app keeps crashing all the time.
Feature Request For Dev Team
Hi! For anyone needing a sign to kick start their fitness journey with this app, this is totally it. I have been subscribed for a few months and have never felt stronger. Thank you so much to Krissy and the team for creating this product! I do have one request / piece of feedback if possible however. When we click on a work out for the day, is it possible to have a feature to reorder the exercises? I’m sure the training plans are designed to be conducted in a specific way but sometimes, I’ll be wasting precious time waiting to use a machine for ages when I could just reorganise my exercises and get on? Something that just lets me slide / drag and drop the exercises into a priority order of my own above one another would be excellent. I know I can start an exercise wherever in the sequence, but the flow between sliding through exercises then gets disrupted which can be a little annoying as the ‘Up Next’ exercise order doesn’t change to reflect this. Thank you!
Crashes all the time
I genuinely love the content but there os no point if it keeps crashing every time i use it. Had to write down the workouts because i simply cant open it in the gym or outside
Amazing app!
I’m a personal trainer and write multiple sessions per week but lack inspiration when it comes to my own training. I love this app! Easy to use, great instruction. I love how the warm up and dynamic stretches are part of the workout…you don’t have to jump out if it to do warm up/cool down. Love the progressive program!
