Have used before and just received vouchers for my children it crashed when I tried to receive my vouchers and said to log in then said it needed to send me a code 2 days I have tried sent 4 emails to customer support and nothing won’t send me a log in code via text or email so I am at a loss of how to access my vouchers. Extremely poor service.

I’m waiting for hours for the vouchers to be processed. Not good if you need them quickly.

Evouchers are not loading without WiFi connection,I have data on my phone but the app will not connect to it

Can’t register to make an account

When i downloaded this app, i pressed register and nothing happen. Couldnt even see what this app is about 0/10. Please fix it ASAP

All I want is to check the balance on vouchers - it tells me to go to the Dashboard, there is no dashboard!!!

Will not go past you have a voucher. Have had to go to emails take a photo and hope that will work. The help section is totally unhelpful.

Rubbish app, vouchers constantly on processing. Pointless when it’s meant to be there for people in need!
