Absolutely useless
Still awaiting a reply from customer service after 3 months from my initial complaint and several follow up emails. Unsure how this app has such a high rating with all the negative reviews.
Customer service is non existent - deleted my account as what is the point when there is no support? All I want is my refund as processed by the store - Ombudsman has been contacted

The worst app I’ve ever used
I was forced to download the app as laybuy no longer allow payments through their website and it is without question the worst app that I’ve ever used. Within the 3 minutes of trying to navigate the app, I was asked to login twice and prove that I was not a robot 19 times. That is not an exaggeration. And it still won’t let me load my payment schedule or orders. So disappointed and wish I could just pay on the website as that was far less stressful and annoying

Customer service is TERRIBLE!
I get there’s an influx of emails they need to respond to but this is ridiculous. I’ve desperately needed to use Laybuy to pay for a very important purchase and I’ve waited now 4 days JUST to have my bank card and ID verified. Why do I even have to verify it!? I’ve been using this account and card for a long time.. makes no sense..
Negative effects on your credit score.
Doesn’t matter what your financial situation is, and mine is excellent with a credit score over 1000, you will get declined and then that affects your credit score. How the hell I got declined is an embarrassment to the algorithms. Then I requested a real person to check my application through the app and I was provided with a generic response. STAY AWAY from this app.
Scam Alert
They post all your dated on the dark website and they will try to ruined your credit score with bad credit check. Run far from this app. Police are investigating them

WORST BNPL SERVICE EVER!!
I’ve been waiting over a month for my refund and it takes days for a simple email reply 🤦🏽♀️ this BNPL company is very poor in customer service and is by far the WORST BNPL company I’ve used. Please save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company like afterpay, openpay, zippay etc. I wish I never dealt with ‘LAYBUY’. Definitely first and LAST time. I don’t understand how a company can lack customer support skills this much. Do better.
