This device & app are both fine. It’s the fact that they’re charging hundreds of dollars every 90 days for a new month piece. Would avoid if possible

The device works but expense and the terrible customer service, awful.

Don’t buy it. You spend over 1000$ for the device then they lock you out of the app and force you to pay more to continue to use it.

Used app for about two weeks and then today it wouldn’t allow me to execute a session, options just gone. So I had to delete the app from my phone, install again, watch the bloody welcome video (no option to skip) and lost all my previous data as a result. This isn’t rocket science people, for what I paid for this device i would expect you to shell out a small amount for a competent developer. Cheers

Been using ExciteOSA for a year. The new app updates sure make it easier to track my therapy. This device cut my snoring down and I have more energy which has been missing for many years. I didn’t want to commit to wearing a mask with that cpap machine so glad this helping.

I have bought the device and download the app First it wouldn’t let me past the input for weight now the app just keeps closing/crashing never did get all my personal information in

Really love this intuitive app! Nice interface and really helps me with my therapy to stop my snoring. Prompts me, reminders given, and keeps me accountable! Like how easy it is.

This product is amazing!!! Highly recommend I never thought after a couple weeks of using for maybe 20 minutes a day would help me stop snoring but wow this product works! I’ve recommended to friends definitely worth a try!!!

There are a few problems with this app. The first is that it gets stuck at the type form and you can’t exit out of it so the app becomes completely unusable. The second is on the first few days. It allowed me to record sessions, but when I tried to record a session that was after midnight, it said that I had missed that day session and the session would have to count for the next day.

I am so tired of this app quitting for one reason or another during the session without any notification (a sound would be really helpful so that a person would know to go over to the app to restart it). I try to use the time during the sessions to be productive doing other things, and I am trying to distract myself from focusing on the physical experience of using the device as it is not especially pleasant. After some period of time, I will go over to the app to confirm that the session is complete, and then I learn that it cut off at some point. To get credit, I have to do the entire session again. I have messaged with customer service countless times on the app about this issue, and no response has been satisfactory. I have some other complaints about the entire experience that I will save for another day.
