Tried ordering from the bar but app did not load! Seems a bit poor to say the least

When i try to book sports activities (eg Hatha yoga) for 3 people, and try to enter the name, it automatically scrolls to the bottom of the screen and I can’t enter the names.

The hotel is lovely and the service is great, but the app does have a lot of incorrect info. For example restaurant opening times are wrong so on the first day we missed dinner, we were unable to book a restaurant but walked in with no problem. The map is missing many of the facilities. It suggests you can have whatever coffee you like, but ask for anything in particular and you get something else. Nothing in it about room service or breakfast times. The hotel is great, but if you are going to have an app in place of the more traditional book of info in the room then it needs to be up to date and with everything in it.

Great service great food great drinks. Full mix of nations at the site so feels like you are abroad. Had a couple of problems with Rooms and aircon, these were resolved quickly, and always with a room upgrade. Celebrating my birthday with my family, they all really enjoyed the week away , saying that they would come back again on their own. Hopefully it wasn’t something I said!

Did not work.... by pool and wants secret code..... I don’t have. It’s probably in the room.

What a great way to learn about the hotel, activities, weather and hotel activities. You can even use it to book the hotel restaurants and is the best app I’ve ever used for a hotel.

Well it’s a very strange app indeed. This app allows you to make a reservation easy enough, but there doesn’t seem to be a way of viewing your reservations after you have made them. So I’ve made three reservations in three restaurants, but because I never thought to write the details down, it’s turned into a very confusing mess. Now I have to visit each restaurant in turn to find out what the date and time for each reservation.

Nachdem ich denselben Fehler wie viele andere bei den schlechten Bewertungen hatte, habe ich herausgefunden, was das Problem ist – zumindest bei mir. Ich habe die Sprache auf Griechisch umgestellt und dann überprüft, ob alle Artikel angezeigt werden. Siehe da, es wurden alle angezeigt. Nach einem weiteren Sprachwechsel zurück auf Englisch konnte ich dann auch alle Artikel in Englisch sehen.

Die app läuft bei mir einwandfrei und macht einen den Urlaub viel entspannter, gerade für Leute die vielleicht nicht so gut in Englisch sind und damit Verständigungsproblem mit dem personal hätten.
