I love this app. Going through my pregnancy journey has been hard and a lot of ups and downs but finding this app has been helpful and amazing
A friend recommended it and I’m so pleasantly surprised! They have meditations timed to the day in the pregnancy journey that really connect to how I am feeling or what’s coming up and it’s nice to be able to get something so tailored, with options on length, music and more. Great work!
Have used this for both of my pregnancies and absolutely love it.
I love the first day of the new week’s meditation. It makes me feel calm and connected to my baby in a way I didn’t know I needed. I look forward to the daily meditations as a personal moment for myself and my baby. I would recommend it to any pregnant person!
Loved the meditations for each stage of pregnancy and the informational classes. Postpartum, I enjoyed a few of the light workouts, which you can start doing day 1.
The idea of the app is good but the meditations are short and the subscription price is high. Worst part for me is you have to email them in order to cancel your subscription. Not great for an app that is focused on providing a service to busy moms. That alone took two stars off the review.
This app has brought me moments of peace every week. I have been thoroughly enjoying listening to the meditations in times of angst, like before work. I also enjoy using the meditations to remember even though baby is as small as a blueberry how much they are developing. Visualizing their growth, sensing their touch & imagining them growing healthy and well.
This app is a wonderful opportunity and reminder to practice mindfulness. I downloaded at 37 weeks pregnant and am already feeling like I’m creating more space in my life for breath and connection with my baby.
Disappointing to see that Expectful doesn’t have any resources or meditations for infertility. There are many obscure topics (Ukrainian collection??), but nothing on infertility. That’s a big miss.
