Love it. The best meditation/mindfulness app for women on their fertility journey

I used this app on and off for the year that we were trying to conceive and found it really helpful and affirming. We experienced a pregnancy loss and the meditations on the topic were really comforting. Now I am 8 weeks and loving the option for daily meditation as getting through each day is a challenge and I can get really impatient. 10/10 recommend. Im not even using it to its full extent - there’s just so much great content available.

I paid for Expectful after my free trial right at the beginning of my pregnancy because the meditations were spot on! As my third pregnancy I’ve finally found a way to bond with my baby in uterine. (I’d not experienced this yet) However, life with 2 children earthside took over and I cancelled my monthly subscription. At 30 weeks now and I’ve HAD to get it again. It trumps the free pregnancy meditations tenfold. This meditation app will be following me all the way to the delivery room, and with all the positive experiences I’m creating while meditating, I honestly cannot wait for my best birth yet ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for making such an amazing app! xx

Really love this app! I’ve tried so many meditation apps and this one is definitely up there with the best of them. It has so many beautiful meditations across the board for whatever might be going on for you. Highly recommend x

You sign up and provide your private email and then you cannot even access the ‘free seven day trial’ without signing up and locking yourself into a contract where you have to pay them. How is that free? They literally will not let you see what the app is about they want your credit card details first. Warning to others...

A friend recommended it and I’m so pleasantly surprised! They have meditations timed to the day in the pregnancy journey that really connect to how I am feeling or what’s coming up and it’s nice to be able to get something so tailored, with options on length, music and more. Great work!
