Love the app but…

I love this app so far but it’s disappointing that it’s not syncing with Apple health as advertised. Apple health helps keep me consistent and accountable and I’d love for them to work together.

Helpful in reducing my anxiety

I have been experiencing some anxiety and sadness during my pregnancy. Mental health if important and I needed something to help me regulate my emotions and ground me back to the present moment. This app has really helped me find grounding and take control back in my life. I love that the meditations are only about 5 minutes long because it allows me to really commit to doing a meditation everyday.

Beautiful experience this app

Did my first meditation and the app reminded me to be grateful for my pregnancy and acknowledge the miracle this is!

Best maternal app

I used this app while I was postpartum with my first child and now I’m back with the beginnings of the next one. I just love the meditations and classes to help me find time for me and this new little one. There are so many moments from using this app that have helped shape me and calm me through this wild parenting ride!

You Have To Pay

It’s free to download but to use any of the meditations you have to pay for a subscription which isn’t written absolutely anywhere. They force you to enter all your info first then you go through and finally find a meditation and even a 5 minute clip you have to pay 10.99/month to listen to. You’re better off going on YouTube and finding something

Best pregnancy support

I’ve used this app throughout both of my pregnancies and I am so grateful for it. I have anxiety and, like many, have walked through some deeply difficult experiences the past few years. The meditations have helped me to take time for myself and find peace and rest in my pregnancy. It’s a beautiful way to connect with what’s going on inside your body and to your little one. I highly recommend this app!

I love this app! I used it throughout my pregnancy and after my little one was born. I use the nursing meditations now and it can change my mood so quickly

Pregnancy and Postpartum

I highly recommend this app for pregnancy and postpartum. I really find it helpful for when I need to be grounded during the day or to help me rest in the evenings. All of their meditations I find are lead by people with the most soothing voices that calm my nervous system.
