The app notifies you of new bookings BUT often fails. So far, the application missed showing me 3 new reservations therefore I suggest not depending on it— open your emails instead. There’s a bug with the Reviews too— it shows you duplicates of one guest review. But overall, it’s just okay.
Not user friendly. So hard to navigate.
Poor response to hosts
App is easy and very convenient to use! I like it!
Using iPhone with iOS 12. Property name wont update. Closing out a date is slow and no bulk option. Thanks though
there is no tab for creating invoices using ipad.
I hope there’s a faster way to close out the whole property as opposed to currently having to close out each room
User friendly... it has improved greatly. Smart tools such as Rev+ for Revenue Management helps me understand analytics and how to play with the coming days or weeks to optimise revenue.
