Absolutely Awful

The Expedia Group are, without a doubt, the most unfriendliest and difficult on line travel agent to do business with.

Affiliate partners

I am a family run Guesthouse. I need guests details. At least a phone number so I can contact them for an ETA. I am sick to death of agencies/affiliate partners booking a room with me and I can’t contact a Guest. Also if there is a request from a guest to change something it is impossible. Hotels.com are by far the worst for this. It’s got a point where I’m going to come off Expedia. I know this is no big deal for you but it effects my life badly. I know many small operators like myself that have left you for this reason. Feel free to contact me about or moving forward to 2024 you will have lost another provider. Mark.

Almost useless

Notification’s doesn’t work. App keeps me log out, so every time i open app i need to enter credentials.
