Hello!!! Is anyone there reading the comments? It’s been a week now and nothing has be resolved. Can someone explain what is going on? Since the latest update, I cannot login into my app. Once the new version was installed, I had to login using my email and password, that’s nothing new. It keeps on telling I have entered either my username, email or password incorrectly. I can login into My Gov, that uses the same username and password. I find using the app is easier than the My Gov version. I hope this is resolved quickly.
Why is it often a drama to log in with my code. It. Refers to MyGov. Then it tells me the password is wrong. Why cant you get this AP working properly.
I can’t log in to the app, keeps saying incorrect username/email and password, yet same log in works on myGov so I know it’s not my details incorrect. It’s been like this for about 2 weeks
Each time an update you have to reconnect to app. Now it says my username and password doesnt match!
After this new update I can’t log in or rest the password help
Hi developers, There is a glitch that logs you out and I can’t use my pin. Could this please be fixed in the next update. Thanks
How bad could this app actually be? It’s so much worse than you could imagine. It regularly de-registers you for no reason so you have to sign in again and again. Who designed this should be fired
Constantly logs me out due to “de-registered account” even though I’m the only user and phone. Now I’m not able to log in and have to go through My Gov app or online. Deleted app and reinstalled a week later, still won’t allow me to log in and says wrong password or username.
All the input tabs for report income are not working!
