Useless typical government apps that don’t do what they are supposed to do, make it easier Difficult and frustrating

Very slow, often crashes and way too many updates. You can’t use the app without updating, which is a massive pain if you have an urgent need.

This app has been really irritating to use lately, where I live the internet signal isn’t very good, the app works well but each time I go to report the app has a new update meaning it needs to reinstall which takes half the day to download before I can report. I don’t understand why it needs a new update to work every two weeks

Overall the app works well, but there has always been a problem entering UK home addresses which still isn’t resolved. UK postcodes use a combination of alpha and numeric characters and spaces. This app still only allows for numeric Aussie style postcodes. Very frustrating each time I need to update my details.

It was slow and clunky but just about managed to give you some facts about payments. However, with the last update it is now won't download and install rendering it useless. Developers really should sort these bugs out before release - it's embarrassing. Who knows how secure the app is if you can't get the basics right - that's my question.

Please include dark mode, & make user interface more user friendly & easier to navigate & search for information.

Hello!!! Is anyone there reading the comments? It’s been a week now and nothing has be resolved. Can someone explain what is going on? Since the latest update, I cannot login into my app. Once the new version was installed, I had to login using my email and password, that’s nothing new. It keeps on telling I have entered either my username, email or password incorrectly. I can login into My Gov, that uses the same username and password. I find using the app is easier than the My Gov version. I hope this is resolved quickly.

Why is it often a drama to log in with my code. It. Refers to MyGov. Then it tells me the password is wrong. Why cant you get this AP working properly.

I can’t log in to the app, keeps saying incorrect username/email and password, yet same log in works on myGov so I know it’s not my details incorrect. It’s been like this for about 2 weeks

Each time an update you have to reconnect to app. Now it says my username and password doesnt match!
