Express Plus Child Support

Completely useless. They have removed the ability to contact them in writing. Nothing works, constant app freezing, constant shutting down, such a fantastic upgrade that we have all paid for here. Congratulations, well done, hooray. Next time get professionals to build your app. Clowns.

Let’s direct users to an app, for important information, that doesn’t work…Ridiculous!!

No matter how many times I try to login and change passwords it always says error logging in. This app is totally useless.

The app worked for many months with no problems but for the past few months it will not work at all and all it says is “error” . Nightmare

Error: unauthorised access. App crashes. Terrible

Have downloaded, uninstalled multiple times. It won’t load at all.

How can something so important be so incapable? I would not be directing people to use the app as a channel to maintain Child Support info until you can a) actually log in and b) perform the functions it needs to I can’t even get past the log in screen

Like the department itself, the system & their staff; this app is garbage don’t bother downloading. This app has been unusable for months and months. You would expect better from a government department.

Just want to let you know this app is unusable and doesn’t work anymore.

The app had been crashing since last night. Appreciate the use of this app as haven’t encountered issues before and worked fine for its purpose.
