With the Australian Government’s Express Plus Child Support mobile app you can pay Child Support, view your Child Support payments, update your details and more.

To use the app you need to have a myGov account linked to your Child Support online account.

To setup a myGov account go to my.gov.au

If you need help to setup a myGov account, or link to Child Support go to servicesaustralia.gov.au/onlineguides

To sign into the app for the first time, use your myGov sign in details and create a PIN.

You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign into the app in future.

With our app, you can:
• check when your payments are due
• check how much to pay and make your payments
• check how much you’ll receive
• view your payment history
• view and update your personal and bank details
• update change of care arrangements
• upload documents to Child Support
• update your income estimate
• update your income for a previous financial
• advise of an extraordinary payment

Error: unauthorised access. App crashes. Terrible

Useless

Have downloaded, uninstalled multiple times. It won’t load at all.

Completely Unusable

How can something so important be so incapable? I would not be directing people to use the app as a channel to maintain Child Support info until you can a) actually log in and b) perform the functions it needs to I can’t even get past the log in screen

Garbage

Like the department itself, the system & their staff; this app is garbage don’t bother downloading. This app has been unusable for months and months. You would expect better from a government department.

Not Working

Just want to let you know this app is unusable and doesn’t work anymore.

App crashing

The app had been crashing since last night. Appreciate the use of this app as haven’t encountered issues before and worked fine for its purpose.

Terrible app

Shocking how bad this app is. It won't let me sign in. I used to be able to sign in and then one day recently it just stopped letting me sign in. I deleted the app from my phone and re-downloaded it but the problem still exists! 😡😡

Absolutely useless.

So hopeless as per usual from services Australia. ‘Error’ logging in. Cannot log in. Have to wait on hold for at least an hour and still no fix. No alternative. Pathetic

Can’t open app

I can’t seem to open the app as it comes up error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn’t work

Disappointed

No option to just login without myGov, used to be just simple…now you have to have myGov just to use it, no way. Not going to be pushed to use something that I don’t t want just access a simple app. You don’t give people choices.
