Don’t deal extra
Please do not deal with this company in Bahrain. They have very bad sellers who do not keep their promises and do not take responsibility once you pay them the value of the product. They do not supervise you professionally and do not give you any attention.
The Seef branch employee made a mistake, but they refused to refund my money.
الفرع بالسيف ما يستاهل نجمه اشتريت آيفون واسكرين ولماالموظف اخطأ في تركيب السكرين مايقبل استرجاعها The branch doesn’t even deserve a star. I bought an iPhone and a screen protector, and when the employee made a mistake installing the screen protector, they refused to accept a return.
Very bad service
Very bad customer service they asked me to wait 3 Days for the delivery and its not possible because we buying Fridge because we don’t have one fridge acs and other items should be delivered same day. Disappointed I prefer Salam Gas Sharaf DG for fastest delivery and good prices as well
