IT team do something seriously

Yesterday onwards 09/07/2021 mobile app is not working.

Offer on iphone 12 pro max is just a showcase, as i went today to purchase they ask me to buy the one year insurance which is around 440SAR, if you do not buy then they simply say product is out of stock and the behavior of staff of jubail store was very bad, i ask them also where is complain box they told they do not have complain box. I was a regular customer of Extra store but after today experience i will never buy anything from Extra.

I bought Motorola phone from Extra online store. After some months it’s display damaged (Not broken. Flickering started). I went to extra customer service. But they said it’s not covered under warranty. They are cheating people. Don’t trust Extra. They will cheat you.

I cant forget just delay in Tahseel payment they put case on us 😢 i have to pay force whole my month expense

I opted to pick from store option. But it took me more time to get the item than shopping it myself and billing it 🤦🏻‍♂️ better to go there and shop it yourself ...

Bad delivery Not responding calls and emails

New software very bad

Very poor delivery performance.

I couldn’t scroll while using the extra store app. Screen tap is functioning while the scrolling down is not behaving properly.
