التطبيق حلو وسهل لكن كل شوي يسوي تسجيل خروج ولازم تسووا تسجيل دخول كل شوي + طلبت حاجة وماعجبتني وبغيت اسوي استرجاع لكن خدمة الاسترجاع حقهم سيئة ودائما يطلع ان خدمة العملاء مشغولين ف ادا اخدتوا حاجة حطوا ببالكم مابترجعوها ابدا😂

Very bad store thereis another store better than it
Bad experience and bad store. I deleted the app and I will not buy anything from them and I do not advise anyone to buy anything from them. They are not cooperative at all. They do not care about customer satisfaction. They only take money The most important thing is that they do not care about your satisfaction with the product.
My delivery didn’t arrive
Its been seven days my package didn’t arrive yet i don’t know what’s the problem but i ordered it on 9 November and today is 16 they said that package will deliver on 14 November and today is 16 they didn’t even ask when it will arrive it’s my first time I ordered anything from eXtra and this happen such a poor service

اقسم بالله ندمت اشد الندم لما اشتريت شاشة ب ٢١٠٠ ولا وبعد الخصم لقيت نفسها ونفس المواصفات طبق الاصل بنص السعر تقريبا في بندة انا توبة اشتري من بعض المحلات الي تنصب وتزود عالسعر لا وبعد التخفيض حسبي الله عليكم
