The official HealthEquity | WageWorks app for those enrolled in a HealthEquity | WageWorks benefit that pays claims, or those who have a HealthEquity | WageWorks debit card.
This app makes it easy to submit claims for all benefits administered by HealthEquity | WageWorks:
• Health care and dependent care – for quick reimbursement or direct payments to your provider
• Health care card receipts – to verify your card transactions, as required by the IRS
• Commuter and wellness claims – for quick reimbursement
Use this app to submit claims any time:
• Health care and wellness claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone
• Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt
• Commuter claims – simply take a photo of your receipt (if you have one)
Use this app to submit health care card receipts any time:
• Immediately after you use your health care card
• Later, after HealthEquity | WageWorks asks you to submit a receipt to verify an eligible expense

Is EZ Receipts free?
Yes, EZ Receipts is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is EZ Receipts legit?
⚠️ The EZ Receipts app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app immediately requested that I register online and redirected me to a browser on my phone. I tried to find the registration page while logged in on my PC rather than on my phone and couldn’t. I continued on my phone browser until I was done registering, when I was asked to reset my password. I didn't forget my password and don’t care to reset it, so I simply quit the registration process and will submit receipts the way I always have.
FaceID login broken
Each time I use the app, I am told that the FaceID login has expired.
I enter the password as required, opt to enable FaceID, but then find that the app forgets it immediately.
Terrible app
UI is hostile to the user. I just tried to submit a claim and it failed due to a network error and it cleared the whole transaction. Now I need to redo the whole entry to retry. Zero stars
Face ID never works
This app is terrible. The Face ID never works and the app is not smart enough to connect to my photo albums on my iPhone. I constantly have to screenshot the photo that is already on my phone and save a duplicate for it to find it. Nothing is ever easy. If I was not a state government that was forced to use wageworks and the ez receipts app, there is absolutely no way I would continue to use either.
Can’t even login
Despite copying and pasting login information, it constantly has an error. The same information works on the website, but will not work on the app.
Not working again
I have used this dreadful app for 5 years to get Blue Cross to process my Medicare reimbursement. Once you finally are able to log in it works fairly well. The login procedure is a nightmare. Today I logged in and was instructed to go to the website to update my password (again!!). On the website my login credentials (which I just used on the app) are not recognized. I then provided ID info to locate my account only to find that I am “not in the system”. I beg your pardon—I am too in the system and have been using it since 2019! Now what?
Allow multiple pictures to be uploaded
I will never use the app again. I suspected I would have a problem, and I was not wrong. My first claim was fine, but when I submitted a second one, it was denied because there was no date in the receipt image I uploaded. Well, that’s because the receipt was too long to fit in one picture. The app does not allow for the submission of multiple images. At least not that I could find. As a result, claim denied and I had to resubmit from a desktop. I knew something like this would happen. I hate having to add more and more apps to my phone. And then when they don’t work, that’s evening more irritating. Stop promoting the use of an app that doesn’t work very well!!
face recognition never works
Everytime it asks whether I want to use face recognition to login next time, I say yes. Then the next time I try to log in using face recognition, it’d say “Face ID login expired,” even though it‘s only a few minutes after I last used the app. So what is the point of having that function if it never works on my iphone?
There is a disconnect with the system
There is a disconnect with health Equity systems. Their website isn’t working. i tried the app and the app isnt working, i called customer support and was told there is no system issue.
Get some new devs
We have been using the browser login to file claims for several years. Our password works fine. We have been forced to redo our login credentials every time the app is updated. We have redone facial recognition multiple times.
