I couldn’t attach the photo

I have three accounts; myself, my wife and my mother. When I login to any of those accounts, I get the two factor verification page which asks me to verify my account. I am presented with the typical options as to where to receive a confirmation code; cell phone number and email address. When I tick either of those options, it says Forbidden. I feel like a cyber criminal trying to hack into my own account. Because I cannot log into the program, I can only rate the app based on my experience. That experience was humiliating, frustrating and aggravating.

So frustrating to try to send receipt photos for pay me back claims and it has connection errors on multiple occasions…

I change my password, can’t log in. I sign in from my work computer to change the password, attempt to sign in, and combination doesn’t match. What is wrong with this app?

This App is not working so getting a reimbursement is going to be delayed. This is a disappointment

This app is horribly frustrating unable to pick a provider unable to scan documents and have them accepted the fact it’s listed under productivity is hilarious

I will say uploading receipts in the app is convenient, easy and reimbursements are quick. BUT AVOID MISTAKES! I erroneously submitted a parking claim that was above the value available that month. It was denied, which I understand. But after that mistake, my account was suspended for a month. I was very upset because Wage Works was no help in this situation and my organization was also helpless. After the suspension was lifted, I no longer had access to stop, pause, resume payroll deductions which Wage Work proudly claims as a part of their app. After I use all of the funds from the account, I will no longer participate in this program. The pre-tax benefits do not make that much of a difference and is not worth the headache.

Yet another “tool” that just makes it hard to access monies saved for pre-tax spending. I can’t submit receipts for parking claims - only transit. And then it only works half the time. Waste of time.

Every time I log in, jt asks me if I want to use FaceID. I set that up and the next time I log in it doesn‘t work and asks again if I want to set it up. It’s an endless cycle. If itM’s broken, stop asking me if it won’t work!!

Can no longer access the transit card to view balance or update payment. Barely usable app. Broken links and random text all over the place
