Service good but slight delayed
Service of the delivery was good. However, it was a few days late as the product was not in the delivery truck as scheduled. Had to wait for a few days before it was delivered. Delivery persons were very polite and helpful.
Best online shopping experience
Efficient and fast order and confirmation. Clear indication on location of parcel. Good prompt via email on parcel arrival. Items arrived in good condition and within time allocation. Items meet expectation and more. Good quality and service. Will definitely shop again.
Bad Bad Bad
Service getting from bad to worse but price going higher and higher. Customer service is non existent, my package is “ pending delivery” status for 2 weeks already, when I enquire they just ask me to pay for doorstep delivery if it’s urgent as of today I have 6 big shipments in the “pending delivery” status. Keep asking them what is the problem but didn’t get an answer. I have actually stop using them for TB items and choose direct shipment instead but for sellers who don’t do direct I think k I need to source for other service provider.

Very difficult to get customer support, very likely to end up issue not resolve and left hanging. Customer support will take few days to resolve. No more live chat support. Dislike current system
