Have been using Ezship from Taiwan to Sg 2-3 years and love the service. but why end the service now😭😭😭

Unreasonable pricey shipment fee

The first shipment company I have use where the shipment fee calculated in MYR instead of CNY. The first and last use of this apps, cost RM500+ just for shipment fee where other shipment company I have paid almost the same weight but is in CNY, lots cheaper. Service suck, request customer services to reject parcel while the parcel arriving at China warehouse, guess what, customer service said we couldn’t do so. Same service, requested at other shipment company was never get rejected by their customer services. Do not recommend anyone to use it, there’s a lot shipment company is much more better in term if costing and services.

HUGE DELAY!

If this is your first attempt to buy on ezbuy? Forget about their service Worst experience. You have to wait for 2 months for the item to arrive? Customer service not helping in giving you estimation date of arrival at your doorstep Their tracking is fake.

Slow delivery

All items has been arrived and cleared customs half months ago. But it still took more than 1 month to reach me. What’s wrong?

Customer service BAD and UNHELPFUL

The customer service told me difference between blue and black was lighting, how can royal blue products = black irl. You can’t chat with store. When a store suddenly decides not to ship out your item, delivery fee and shipping WILL NOT be refunded while product price is refunded only after more than two weeks. And postage prices are RIDICULOUS as a crop top can be 2kg.

SLOWWWW DELIVERY AND POOR SERVICES

Submitted my order on 26th June( Ezship). Have been waiting for my parcel to arrive since 12 July. I chose sea shipping so a slight delay was expected. But on 12 July , they sent me an email saying due to some sea port jamming problems so it will take 12-15 days to arrive to my doorstep. OK, so I wait. After freaking 12-15 days, I emailed them and asked them through live chat , they told me the parcel is still waiting for the custom clearance in Malaysia and it will take about 3-5 days. OK , after 5 days and I still have not received my parcel YET and I believe if I ask them again they will just tell me the same excuses. SO HOW MANY 3-5days SHOULD I WAIT TO GET MY PARCEL ?
