Service getting from bad to worse but price going higher and higher. Customer service is non existent, my package is “ pending delivery” status for 2 weeks already, when I enquire they just ask me to pay for doorstep delivery if it’s urgent as of today I have 6 big shipments in the “pending delivery” status. Keep asking them what is the problem but didn’t get an answer. I have actually stop using them for TB items and choose direct shipment instead but for sellers who don’t do direct I think k I need to source for other service provider.

Have been using it for quite a while. Recently starting to use again. Using portland warehouse a few times, so far so good. Only once they have flood and delayed. Other than that all received well. Keep up the good service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Very difficult to get customer support, very likely to end up issue not resolve and left hanging. Customer support will take few days to resolve. No more live chat support. Dislike current system

Majority of the CS do not even know what they are doing. Incident 1: I ordered a perch for my parrot through Taobao. The perch is a small stick about 15-20cm long with diameter of about 2-2.5cm. Upon reaching Ezship guangzhou warehouse, I was informed it cannot be shipped as the perch is a “live plant”. I was super confused and sent the image of the item I purchased from Taobao. I had to explain to them that the branch was already removed from the tree. It should be dead by now. However, they insisted it is a live plant and demanded I pay for the return shipping. After a few back and forth, they suddenly told me it is not a live plant. Instead, it is a timber/log. If I am not wrong, timber is used for construction of buildings and log is the trunk of the tree. I’m not sure how anyone can use this tiny stick to construct a building. Perches are also not usually taken from tree trunks. However, their CS remained persistent and refused to budge. The most I could do was to inform them to update their list of prohibited items to contain clearer definitions Incident 2: I captured an image of cork pieces (the ones used for wine bottles) and asked if these could be shipped. The CS saw that the colour of the cork is described as “原木” and told me that 原木 cannot be shipped. I had to explain to that that that is the colour and the description had the word “原木色” which they conveniently left out. After a couple of days, they acknowledged that it can indeed be shipped. Incident 3: I captured an image of rattan ball and asked if this could be shipped. After several days, they finally replied me but they informed me it cannot be shipped as it is a “biological substance”. Based on their list of prohibited items, live plants/substances/seeds/live animals falls under Biological substances. I am not aware that an rattan ball is alive and can be planted. I have replied their CS and am still awaiting further clarifications.

More expensive shipping cost and mush slower delivery. Please avoid this company unless you don’t care about money and time.
