Tropic escape
Good game but I can’t open on my iPhone , you can hear the music but dark screen
Tropical Nightmare
This game is very unstable and crashes often on start-up. It has too many in game games that compete for resources and event supplies are provided in such a way that the most needed resource is the most scarce and the least needed is over supplied. The decoration store has a limit of 200 items and once reached there is no way of clearing items, so winning decor becomes pointless. Even though it started as a good game, I do not recommend it.
Bugs and faults
Love this game and happy to spend money but EVERYTIME I do a software update there are huge issues. Currently stuck not able to play after spending money on the game. No response from the company super frustrating

Issues with new version
Loved this game but then it made me update and nothing worked. Deleted app and started again which made me start the game from scratch. But hey that’s ok I thought. But then it stopped a little into game where things wouldn’t work and got stuck. Such a shame as it worked perfectly before. 😢
Support non existent and need help
I have loved this game and played fir over a year. I have spent money to buy gems to get helpers for the most recent game. However I have been unable to log in for about 6 days now. I have tried to contact zynga but was told to contact through the game , but I can’t get into the game to contact! It just freezes. I have deleted and reloaded the app. I have updated my iOS system to latest update. I am now requesting a refund of my last purchase. Someone should contact me. How do I get my details to you when I can’t log in??????

Tropical escape
Love the game, but you do run out of things to do. Need to keep it a bit more more busy.. not really satisfied with the points and all that you receive, should increase it. Also should Lower the waiting times a little as well but above all, great game!
