Good game

I have recently rediscovered tropic escape. Unfortunately, every time I try to watch a video it won’t load and the game kicks me out. It’s a shame too, as I have recently rediscovered hay day and the developers frequently inform the players about new events and, more importantly, updates. It’s too bad that the developers of tropic escape can’t do the same.

Can not join a club

I have not been able to join a club for about 2 weeks. You can’t play a cruise or use boosts without one. Contacted player support and after almost a week of them telling me to do the same things they finally sent my issue to “an advanced team” to look into it. It’s been 6 days with no word. I would start over again (as it’s pretty boring) but I spent money on the game for gems and to be a vip. Super frustrating.

It’s a nice game but can’t get back old accounts :(

I got this game with my family when I was small and had it for years, my mom had all the data of this game on her old phone and my dad helped restore it on her new phone from Game Center, but when I didn’t use it, then used it to play games, FarmVille 2 :Tropic Escape had put my name and account to my moms and got hers deleted somehow maybe something to do with cloud but if you are able to get it back, it would be great. And plus my account has been just left :-: I can’t get back to it, I can only visit it which is sad. This game should have something to change like getting old accounts back from the “deleted pile” or something to fix it. I’m lvl 21 and She’s lvl 35 suppose to be a ducky picture (Eric’s Hotel). Thank you. Pls fix this problem

Loyalty unsatisfied

I was in love with this game for years but this year I haven’t played in months because it keeps crashing. Once in a while it’ll allow me to play but after that 1 time it begins to crash again. 5stars if it didn’t crash. It also took my money and didn’t give me my purchase it just crashed when I tried to get my money back that page crashes. I’m just disappointed in this game this year.

4.6 stars that’s impossible

Once u reach level 95 forget about playing - these creators of this game gave up on making improvements, more levels, different events- don’t spend money on gems - it’s not worth a penny

I like the game. But, I think it take way too long for some of the items to be made.

Too many Cheaters

Almost impossible to win any contest because the game has been completely overrun by Gem Mod Cheaters. It’s no fun trying to compete against players who have BILLIONS of free Gems because they manipulated their saved game file. Until you actually do something about ALL THE CHEATING the game won’t be successful.

Playing for 5+ years

Absolutely love the game, enjoy playing on downtime or even at a family event. Like how they get creative and bring in performances and guest like bike riders, and mythical creatures. Cruises are always a blast with your club! It’s all for fun no real competitions you win some you lose some, and you can change club anytime!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This app is aimed for ages 4+. My 8 year old was playing and I just happened to catch that someone was sending her messages in a private chat on this game. Questions about her age, what’s she wearing, and other things that get even more inappropriate. If aimed for children, private messages, etc should not be allowed.

VERY UNHAPPY

Since 2016, I have spent an extreme amount of money playing this game! Now, after purchasing another $39.99 package of gems, it will not let me in causing me to, all of a sudden, be unable to play in two tournaments that I was winning! The update option will not work! I’ve tried over and over again! MY MONEY HAS BEEN WASTED!
