I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the quality of several dresses I recently purchased from your online store, as well as the associated customer service experience. Despite your brand’s positive reviews, the dresses I received were of poor quality, with improperly sewn threads, sequins falling off, glitter shedding, and thin materials that did not match the photos on your website. I am not usually very picky about clothing and often return items that don’t meet my expectations. However, I am particularly frustrated that I have to pay for the return shipping and that refunds are only issued as store credit. Given that the issues with these dresses are due to their poor manufacturing quality, I believe it is only fair that I receive a full refund in my original payment method, along with compensation for the return shipping costs. I spent over $400 on these dresses, expecting a level of quality and service that matches your reputation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I urge you to address this issue promptly. I do apologise. I try not to be a Karen but I am extremely frustrated and I’ve never had so many issues with a company before Especially one not as big as yours. I look forward to your response and resolution to this matter.

The app lags. Discount codes don’t consistently work. Cannot today can later at night. Can’t track my shipment. It says delivered. It’s not. Keeps crashing everytime I try to check my shipment info. Had to use a different app to track my purchases. Will delete once I sort out my purchase. Will not use again. Which is a pity cause the clothes are kinda cute and the shoes… not sure about material. Will be finding out - if it ever arrives.

I just released that I was charged more than the amount I paid. $290 was taken from my account. Stop cheating on your customers.

The app is useless. It won’t sign in current users, only create new account. There is no other way to sign in unless using safari. No point for an app which makes saving items harder to keep track of.

I have bought so many dresses and bikinis from this site. I can always say the material and designs are 10/10, and when they have their sales there the best. Even to Australia their shipping is fast, would highly recommend.

I’ve been stuck in a two-day cycle of downloading then deleting the fashion nova app and it still won’t load past the photo! So fking frustrating!

Fashion Nova was good years ago not now. They now charge taxes taxes and import duties. They barely restock items and their customer service has worsened. They stopped responding to emails now.

so angry!! i placed an order for my birthday, a blue dress and was so excited. i did everything correctly filled out everything the same and used all the same emails i use for all my other clothes apps. i ordered the dress and it CHARGED ME DOUBLE!!, i emailed and messaged and got no reply. i am still waiting on the dresses now and it’s been two weeks when it said 5/7 business was days. then tonight i went to order something again and used a whole different account and used my mums email and number and it CHARGED ME DOUBLE AGAIN!! this time it was a couple more hundred then the last time. i emailed again and still got no reply. i’m so frustrated and so is my family because it is such a waist of money and a scam.
