Duty fees and taxes are too much
I live in Canada .. and the duty fees and taxes are too much now .. it’s not like before .. I paid over 60$ in duty fees and other taxes .. this is probably my last time buying from fashinova .. sadly .

Always Has Problems
This app is terrible, always has connection problems and will leave the page I’m on.
Currency not accurate on site
I live in Canada. I’m not a fan of the currency clearly showing as Canadian dollars when I am adding items to the cart only for the true Canadian dollar amount appear when I am ready to pay. It’s very misleading and for my first time ordering from this place I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again. Customers appreciate transparency. It goes a long way.
The models are all klingons
And huge body parts bumping out yuck go back to klingos
Packages lost
I have three packages on order, their tracking system isn’t user friendly. I’m calling my bank to mark all my orders as fraud. I will never ever order anything from your website again. Never had an issue with SHEIN

Si vous avez fait une erreur sur une commande il est impossible de la modifier même si vous voulez l’annuler tout de suite après avoir payer. Je trouve honnêtement que c’est très mauvais de leur part. En plus si vous voulez retourner un article vous devez payer de vos poche. Faites attention à vous de ces profiteurs ! ❤️
