Save yourself the trouble
Have been texting to customer service for months to use the money in my account wallet. This amount was a refund applied to my wallet after my first order never arrived and I have been trying to use it since. Every week they tell me the fix will be this week. There is no other option for escalation or for me to get access to this money. I am considering the money gone at this point. There are other apps that will get you goods, to use this one is to risk losing your money if there are any issues with an order.
SlowAF
This app is very slow and requires a lot of bandwidth to run properly. I have 60ms latency and about a 5mb synchronous circuit. It barely runs. When I bring to a faster connection it’s better. Not impressed.
Should be called SLOWAF
Do not download this app - it takes one week for a product to arrive.
Their customer service is also very unhelpful
Total crap
The whole thrust of this app is “quick service”
Um…………. I put in an order. Got a message saying “confirmed” delivery in “two hours.”
Then right when I was supposed to get a delivery — they cancelled.
A text was sent saying “call this number to reschedule.” I did.
No one answered. Got a voicemail.
I left TWO messages
Nobody called me back.
So to recap: No delivery. No customer service. No return call. No actual point to any of it

This is so annoying. I downloaded this app when it came out and it didn’t have my location and i checked back months later and they still don’t have my location🤦🏾♂️.
Not worth the headache
I've given this app a few months of use, but I'm done. Most things are consistently sold out, prices are marked up, and customer service is poor. I received the wrong item and customer service would not allow me to return due to a "sale policy" and gaslit me over text. I don’t have time to deal with this sort of service and will take my business directly to the small companies featured on the app.

Very Sketchy and Untrustworthy Business
WARNING: I’ve used this app since it launched back in 2020. At first I had no complaints nor issues. I loved the app and referred many of my family and friends. As of today, I’ve referred nearly 100 users to the platform.
Everything changed in December 2021. The platform launched a collection of holiday items called “Holiday Gift Drop”. I referred so many people to the app that I received store credit in exchange and accrued a large amount of said credit. I also received a discount code in an email from the company for hitting a new referral milestone! While it said that discounts would not work for these holiday items, the one the company gave me did work, and I received the products I ordered. A few days later I get a call from the CEO, Lee Hnetinka, he asked me how I was able to use a discount code. I explained to him that his company sent me the discount code for the referral milestone and he told me that it was all good and I could keep the items at the price I bought them for (the only smart customer service move they made).
A week later I tried to purchase another item from the gift drop which was renamed “Premium Items”. No discount code, just tried to use my store credit to make the purchase. The order went through but then I received an alert the next day that my order was cancelled for NO REASON. Customer service informed me that a NEW policy was put in place where store credit cannot be used for the item I wanted to purchase. There was no mention of this policy anywhere and considering these items can only be returned for store credit, the policy made no sense.
They said this policy was in place for all users but I believe the company only TARGETED MY ACCOUNT given the fact I was able to make a purchase with a discount code and the high dollar amount of my store credit from referrals. I asked customer service why this policy was put in place when just the other week it was fine to use store credit. They have no adequate answer.
I reached out to the CEO Lee to inquire why this happened and I was ignored. I emailed customer service and received no response. I tried to purchase the item again, CANCELLED, and again CANCELLED.
This is a poor business practice and I have to imagine the reason they are doing this is either to punish me or because the company is having cash flow problems. As no one is responding, I posted comments on their instagram to tell others what happened to me. The company then proceeds to BLOCK me on their social medi
How to hate an app before you use it
This developer immediately forces you to turn on notifications before you can continue to see what is in the app.
How about learning some manners, that’s just rude.

Nothing but positive thoughts on this app. Only used it once and it delivered. Hands down one of the better apps I’ve used. Everywhere was out of Binax test of OTCs and I was told about FastAF. They came in clutch. Thank you again and keep up with the great job.
