I have been a member at rent the runway for a year and the app constantly gives me error signs.. can not load item. I have had to just use the website which is also not great with mobile compatibility.. I have contacted them many times and it’s the same story - delete and re download. Which never works.

I have tried to “chat” to someone at RTR 8 times, waited for a total of 3 hours and NOBODY responded!!! This should be illegal! Customers must have easy access to canceling their memberships!!! This is beyond frustrating! Will NEVER trust this website again!

I am looking for maternity wear but the maternity specific filter option does not work. Also the option are horrendous. It feels like gross used clothes (and can we discuss the smell from The cleaning chemicals, smells like a smoker wore the item). I have been a loyal user for year, but the selection and quality has gone downhill. I might as well be scouring goodwill racks.

I am having a very hard time cancelling this subscription. Have been paying for months and have not rented a single thing.

I’ve used RTR for several years now, while I think it’s great from a customer service standpoint (fast shipping, quick responses) the clothing selection is really disappointing lately. It feels like items pulled off the clearance rack that no one wants to wear.

In theory, RTR is a great service. But buyers beware: members are very very limited on what they can rent. When scrolling the app before purchasing a membership, it looks like there are so many trendy options to choose from. I had hundreds of items starred. Then, when I purchased a membership, I chose the one for 10 items a month of any price point. Once I purchased and began picking items to rent, almost all of the things I wanted disappeared. When I look under one time rentals for the same dates, lots of the items I wanted came back. For some reason, as a member you can only rent certain things, even if you buy the more expensive plans. Most things are outdated. Seems that one time rentals are favored for the stuff that is actually cute and you dont know that until its too late. Nuuly is a better option for trendy stuff and the ability to see what is available for rental before purchasing a plan.

This dress looked AMAZING at my husband’s military ball. I would recommend sizing up a little as this dress ran small, but I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was!

Great dress. Definitely needed a little tank under for cleavage issues. I got lots of compliments. Size was accurate.
