Does not have any way of logging in food you eat while eating, you have to write the canaries not the actual food. Bugs in the details and hours keep asking to input them, the alert on the screen when the phone is locked cannot be taken off, everyone looking at your screen knows you are fasting and how much time you have, even to add a glass of water takes at least 4 clicks ,,, really not easy to use and not helpful at all.
The app is beautiful, but the plans don’t work, I’ve been on intermittent fasting for almost a year - it doesn’t reduce weight even if you go 18/6. I did the exercises according to plan - nonsense - more than three months of the whole complex - no progress. And also the results of blood tests after their plans are not reassuring. But the most important thing is that I bought a subscription for a year, then canceled it via Apple ID and deleted the application, and forgot it like a bad dream. But that was not the case, a year later they took the money from me as if I had not canceled the subscription at all. When I contacted the representatives, they told me that the fact that you canceled your subscription does not mean anything, you need to go to the site, unsubscribe on the site, then write them another letter saying that you are canceling your subscription. They refused to return my money, they said that the company policy does not return money, use it for free for a year. Despite the fact that I have already paid for the year. When I asked what to do if I didn’t want to use their app, they answered that they wouldn’t return the money for the year anyway. I closed the transaction through the credit card company. So if you buy a subscription, be aware that canceling it will be problematic. The company does everything to withdraw money, and their policy, which you agree to when purchasing a subscription, is not in your favor.

First of all, the app has no real customer value whatsoever. Second, they charged subscription, despite the fact that wasn’t mentioned on payment screen. Third, the Facebook promo had 30 day money back guaranty badge, but when I contacted their support, the reply was: “According to our Refund Policy, all purchases are final”.
