The FasterWay to Fat Loss is truly amazing. If you want to live a healthy lifestyle, this is the app you need. Everything is in one place: your workouts, meal guides, water tracker, macro goals, and fasting timer. This community has supported me since day one and I would recommend the FasterWay to anyone!
For the price of this program this app needs a serious upgrade. It is glitchy and the food tracking should me closer in line with what Noom offers. App requires too many steps for food logging and is not intuitive at all. I am generous with positive reviews and rarely write a negative one. But this app needs a serious upgrade.
This app has become an incredible resource for all in the program. The food tracker has improved significantly and everything is available at your fingertips. Can’t wait until you can communicate with your coach through the app so it truly would be one stop for every part of the program!

Love faster way! The app is great overall but wish adding daily meals from faster way library was a little easier. If you’ve missed a day and need to catch up on the log it could a little easier to do
*this review is based on the app, NOT the program* This is the most frustrating app I interact with. I’ve been using it for several years and totally agree with another reviewer, no improvements have ever been made…making me think no one in the leadership team uses it. Just this morning I was trying to edit my fasting period from yesterday and the fasting end time kept reverting to the current time. Additionally I like a customized fasting period of 15hrs and the app reverts EVERY DAY to 14hrs so it’s really throwing me off. Additionally, the meal tracking is INFURIATING. Another reviewer captured the issues very well. I wish it was like MyFitnessPal where you could save favorites and then select multiple food items and save it to your meal. But no. Things I like: water tracking is easy and editable. Easy to find meal plans and workouts. You can save favorite recipes and workouts, which I like. Great variety. I love the FWTFL program but the app need a MAJOR overhaul. Please, programmers. Do something!!!!
Hello FWTFL Team, I love the App and have now abandoned the old tracking app I used to use. I agree with another person about tracking b your food. You should not have to add everything to a meal separately. Lastly there is no place to put separate workouts, like walking, hiking, pickleball etc.. to track your movement and exercise. I’m in Italy for three weeks and I’m walking and hiking like crazy, but there is no place to add those types of workouts.
Really really needs many more foods added to the food search. There is basically nothing there! Common foreign foods are like non existent- for example today Spanish omelettes, empanadas.
The app is good in that it has everything all in one place - workouts, meal guides, water and macro trackers. It has recipes for days and tons of extra workouts. The down side of the app is that the macro data base is still not complete. There are items that I scan in and they still aren’t recognized. Also, when I track my common foods I have to type the whole name or scroll through my whole favorites list instead of it prepopulating when I start to type the name. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s just not super convenient. And finally, when adding a FW recipe, there’s no way to edit the recipe other than the serving size. It’s overall good app, but it still needs some tweaking.
