My go to fasting app
Would be 5 stars if app would open without an internet connection. What does it need an internet connection for to log a fast? (And yes, I paid for it).
This app is literally a very clunky timer and a weight log. Not in any way worth the purchase price.
This app is so bad. You could do what it does with your stopwatch on your phone.
I have been a proponent of the Intermittent Fasting lifestyle for over 5 years. I have written numerous articles about the health benefits of this particular lifestyle. After testing this app I have recommended it to others since it simple to use and it incentivizes people to maintain their particular IF schedule.
Not worth the money, a glorified timer.
I have been tracking my eating window for many months now, and there are many subtle but important design use cases that help me: - it just tracks your fasting time, nothing else. No fluff! - it allows you to edit the start and/or finish time of your fast if you forget to start or end it - it reminds you when to start with a notification- again super helpful while you build the habit - it has a watch complication you can use to show your status Overall, it’s a 5 out of 5. I will add that getting into the habit of mindful eating was really helped by having an app where I can click “Start Fast” which has become a simple trigger for no more eating until WHEN -> When Hunger Ensues Naturally
The “remind” option never actually reminds me when to start and stop fasting
Easy to use and basic all ya need A+
