This app used to be good and free, no ads etc. I love that they have added new stuff to track food and calories etc, but you can only access them if you pay. I dont feel like waiting 30 seconds from when i pressed the ”start fast” button to actually it starting. There is too much ads and it has really made this app useless.
Easy to follow, very informative, and happy for the result it’s helps me a lot as a mentor on my daily task

The free version of the app boasts many useful features without too much pressure to purchase the premium version. Offers many useful tips, things to track, and even small “objectives” to help keep you determined to reach your goal.
Used to be good, now you get spammed multiple times a day about their (always on sale..!) plus plan. I’d say stay clear of this.
Its forcing me to get bubble pop i dont want it. There is no cross to turn it down.
I gave this app a 4 star before. I really liked it and found it very helpful. Unfortunately, they have since changed the app for the worse. You have to click more times to do a water intake that is not the standard 0,25 dl etc., before it was easier. But most importantly they now spam you with Plus advertisement trying to get you to buy it, and notifications from their AI chatbot. I have turned off all the notifications I can within the app, but still I get the AI info as notifications. I don’t want them, but I still want notifications for when my fast ends/starts. I hope they stop pushing these and the ads all the time (it’s every single time the app is opened). Also get reminder notifications to start my fast despite already having started it.
I have usef the app and been happy with it. Now, all of a sudden it is cluttering my calendar with posts that are impossible to get rid of. I have deleted them several times but they come back anyway. Very annoying. I will have to stop using the app if this cannot be fixed.
Please make it available for the Apple Watch.
I was never satisfied with the other fasting apps a I downloaded. The detail to this app is amazing. I don’t have to input any data when my fasting starts and end. Just amazing. I highly recommend this. Worth the gigabytes.
